3	Larry St.onge Says: Report Abuse Wednesday, 11/4/2009 7:19:27 PM I have been a diabetic for about 5 years...Twice my sugar count went down ??? that I could not think and my head was big time sweating... NOT letting myself black out and had to BM ...What happens after I do black out... pass out Do I come back by my self...What should I tell some one to do for me if I do pass out...When this happens I eat an orange and some sweets... about 6 mins and I am OK...
