1	Dennis Says: Report Abuse Saturday, 9/22/2007 10:45:01 AM I do not know much about the drug in question. Many pain killers designed for humans takes a toll on an animals insides. Our dog (45 lbs) has been on a pain killer by the name of PIROXICAM for over 3 years without showing any side effects. Many vets. promote drugs and in return get lunches, free samples etc. from pharmacutical sales reps.. Please request information on PIROXICAM. I am not a vet. nor a salesman. Hope this helps.
