Found white pill with # 377 on it. What is it for?

This tablet contains 50mgs of Tramadol, a generic for Ultram. It is classified as a narcotic analgesic, used to relieve moderate to severe pain.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
