white, oblong, imprinted MP 273, looks like blue pens dots all over, all white when cut in half. I ordered 37.5 mg phentermine, not sure that is what I got.
Where did you order the pills from? The description of the pill sounds like phentermine (white with blue speckels), but the imprint does not sound correct.

With the markings you describe, unfortunately there might be a chance that those pills are something else. I've even heard of people saying that they got Generic Soma in the mail with the same imprints. I could definitely be wrong though. Hope this info helps a bit.
I also orderd phentermine37.5 mg and I had never recieved this kind of phentermine long blue specks, break in half white in side with MP 273 on it. I orderd it through Pill Royal twice before and had recieved the traditional short oblong 37.5 imprinted with blue speckeled dots you can also break in half. Does or has anyone else come across this? I called the Pharmacy it came from ofcourse some one will get back to me in 2 days. Like I said before I have never seen these before and this is my 3 time to order with the same company.
