1	Shaunn Wheaton Says: Report Abuse Monday, 2/13/2006 12:30:45 PM I am not specifically sure about the side effects of Pravachol BUT the cardinal side efecct to monitor for with this class of drug is muscle weakness/pain. 2	Don Bott Says: Report Abuse Friday, 4/14/2006 8:07:14 PM I used pravachol for 3 years and never had any muscle pain. I did with zocor & lipator.
