My left fingers except the last one gets number sometimes. I visited the dr who did a sugar test on me and it was normal. i was given drugs that did not help me instead the drugs were devastating that even as i managed to finish them i had no permanent relief. I read sometime that Atenolo could cause such reaction.
Sometimes after the numbness feeling, it will be itching and i will start scratching my fingers up to the palm. I am tempted to think that this may be Reumatisim...
I am reluctant to visit the dr again. But would like to know if anybody has the same experience and what remedies to use.
I am an active person, does my gym and swimming exercises regularly still taking my drugs Norvasc 10mg + Tenoretic or Atenol 50mg. Please I need your suggestions.

This could possibly be a serious side effect of the Atenolol, it is listed as a possibility, in which case, you do need to point this out to your doctor so they can get to the root of the problem.
Rowena, Thanks for your posting. But i want to know if you are saying that it is safe to take Pharex b1b6b12 vitamins. Do you mean that you also take Acnetrex? Is Acnetrex a supplement or vitamin tab as well. Please enlighten me as I am a novice in medicine. Thank to respond. Gymbaby
Verwon, Thanks for your advise earlier on. I will see my Dr. but I want to observe things first.
Yes you can help me with this question. As Rowena suggested that it is safe to take Pharex b1b6b12 vitamins, but I cannot find the Pharex brand in my state, but have seen another brand by 'Good n Natural' should I try this brand ?
Like I said earlier for the past 2 weeks now the symptoms are going by the day as i stopped taking the drugs, and any day I take them the numbness will start. Thanks to respond.

You are welcome for the response, I am happy to help.
As to the vitamins, I am not familiar with either, however, what I would suggest doing is to compare the ingredients, see if they contain the same compounds in the same amounts.
A pharmacist might even be able to help you with this.
Please feel free to ask anything else, I don't mind!
I have this problem also, and I was diagnosed with carpel tunnel, so you may want to check into this. I know how annoying this can be, you could also try a wrist brace.
