2	David Says: Report Abuse Monday, 7/6/2009 11:12:46 PM Both of you are certainly correct. There is a vast amount of research that proves Methadone is on par with Oxycodone for pain management. Maybe even stonger; based on current reviews I have looked at it could however be more harmful than helpful if not taken properly, so I would definitely urge anyone who is going to give it a try to make sure they are prescribed a safe dosage that is not abused under any circumstance.
