1	David Says: Report Abuse Monday, 10/19/2009 6:18:40 PM I believe I located the pill in description to be Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (650 mg - 10 mg). This pill however is red and not blue, but otherwise fits your description exactly. Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.
