2	Leon Parnell Says: Report Abuse Tuesday, 11/3/2009 9:39:37 AM HE WAS RCIEVING SSI AND THEY TOLD HIM WHEN HE TURNED62 YRS OLD FO HIM TO SIGN UP ON HIS S.S. SO HE DID AND THEY TOOK HIM OFF OF DISABLETY AND PUT HIM ON RETIREMENT AND HE LOST HIS KY.CARD NOW HE HAS NO INS. PLEASE HELP US IF YOU CAN
