4	Goodbook20 Says: Report Abuse Friday, 9/25/2009 6:17:37 PM after about 6 weeks of taking lisinopril i developed a very bad cough and phlegm or drainage down my throat. i finally stopped the pill after about 6 months and after about 3 weeks the symptoms got better and after 4 to 5 weeks the symptoms are completely gone.
