1	J Rose Says: Report Abuse Thursday, 8/13/2009 7:39:36 AM 10/325 stronger more hydrocodone with 10 mg per pill and only 325ancetametaphen were as the 7.5mg 750 is only 7.5 mg of hydrocodne the hydrocodone is the prescription the 750 and 325 is just the over the count tylonal I awful at spelling. Spell check makes you dumb but I hope this helps
2	Verwon Says: [Moderator] Thursday, 8/13/2009 11:54:25 AM That is mostly correct, however, you cannot buy Acetaminophen over the counter in higher than 500mgs, which would be Extra Strength Tylenol. But the smaller numbers do refer to the Hydrocodone, which is a narcotic pain reliever, so the higher the number, the higher the dosage and the stronger the medication. The maximum you can get of it in the US is 10mgs. The common name brands for this are Lortab and Vicodin. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
