they can be detected by most urine drug screens from 3 to 7 days, it depends on intake of fluid, exercise, or the amount of labor that is done, some people naturally detox faster than others, an if its a question of a negative test some drugs have been proven to be ineffective or fakes

Depending on your body and how many times a day you take it Xanax and Ativan can stay in your system for up to 7 to 10 days.
