4	Roy Says: Report Abuse Wednesday, 9/12/2007 9:10:45 PM I believe that Karen is right. A brown tablet with IP142 on it is in fact a 200 mg Ibuprofen ( generic for Advil or Motrin ). Bobbi, the white oval tablet with 93 on one side and 58 on the other is Tramadol 50 mg Hope this post helps!
