Found a very small white round pill with a M on one side inside a box and the number 5 on the other side. There are no cut lines to halve the pill as it is so very small anyway. Found on floor of my van and am worried as to what it may be. Can anybody help?

This tablet contains 5mgs of Methylphenidate, a generic for Ritalin, it is commonly used to treat ADHD and Narcolepsy.

Common side effects may include: nausea, irritability, insomnia and headache.
