I did however locate the active ingredient which is loperamide. Loperamide is a drug effective against diarrhea resulting from gastroenteritis or inflammatory bowel disease. I did however locate the active ingredient which is loperamide. Loperamide dosage information: You can take it by mouth with or without food. Do not take 2 doses at once.
