Does anyone know what this pill is for. I found it in my son's jacket pocket while doing laundry.

Well, if this hasn't been prescribed for him, it is something he definitely SHOULD NOT have. This is a narcotic pain reliever, it contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 7.5 mgs, the name of the drug is Endocet.

This is very dangerous to mess around with and highly addictive.

You are very welcome, I am happy to help. If you don't mind my providing some more advice, don't freak out.

First of all, your child may have found the pill somewhere and just not known what it was or what to do with it. He may not have known if he should have thrown it away or what.

Another alternative is that a friend may have given it to him and he didn't take it, but forgot about it.

So have patience so you can get to the real bottom of things.

Bianca, this pill is very addictive i know from past experience. the biggest problem with narcotic pain relivers is it is easy for young teens to get weather if its from their parents pill bottle in the medicine cabinet or from a friends. My advice is hope he hasnt taken any yet and if he has get him off them right away before it becomes a problem because these pills are as bad for you and as addictive as any other drug. people will lie steal and do whatever it takes to get the drug once they are addicted to them plus long term addiction can cause permentent depression and anxiety along with other health problems.
