The pill you have marked V 5112 is a combination of Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate (650 mg - 100 mg).

Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate is used to treat mild pain and is additionally an anti-tussive and local anesthetic.
