Sorry, this is not a prescription medication, and over the counter meds are not regulated as strictly as prescriptions, so finding information about them and their side effects is not easy. You are pretty well limited to what is available on the packaging when you purchase it.
I even tried doing a google search and could come up with nothing on it, sorry.

I am currently taking Bethel's S30. The first time I felt a little nauseas and dry mouth. However those are common side affects witih all RX drugs. This has not been approved by the FDA. I recommend taking a multivitamin daily and drink plenty of fluids including WATER. Please do not consume any alcohol with any prescribed or non prescribed drugs.

I found online in a spanish blog that the pills are sold by Dr. Felix Ramirez in Manhattan. The number is 212-568-5330. His package brings the bethel pills which u take once a day and senna 1300mg pills which you take twice at night. Senna is a laxative which is not good to take for a long period of time since it can disrupt normal bowel movement. It also causes insomnia. Both pills contain senna.

ive been on these pills for four weeks and ive dropped 20 pounds they really do curve your appetite the only side effect ive had is being very thirsty you need to drink plenty of water.

ohh wow im really surprise that they even have it on internet.!!
I've been using this pills for about almost 4 months now and i lost 70 pounds i lost 26 pounds in the first 4 weeks, with a diet restriction off course!!!
I REALLY DO RECOMMENDED !!!!
i have recommended to a few friends and they have lost their desired weight
....and its true what SAN said about the senna that its not good to take for a long period of time since it can disrupt normal bowel movement....IT HAPPENED TO ME PEOPLE!! SO BE CAREFUL..

My girlfriend just sent me this link and I am also surprised this drug is traveling so fast.
I started this diet 8/11/07 and I lost 26 pounds by 8/31/07. After that I stopped the strict diet but kept taking the pills. I've lost a total of 40 lbs and had to gain weight to look normal.
The pills DO WORK! I have recommended about 25 people and they all Lost their desired weight!! The above number is absolutely correct!

I have a sister on this diet and it REALLY WORKS!!! she had this diet and the first 2 weeks she lost 27 POUNDS!!! Now I started this diet for the first day! yea u get really thirsty, but the first day i couldnt do #2 and i havent takent senna is that normal??

I have heard about this pill might effect getting pregnant. I am not preagnant yet but I would like tu loose some weight before getting pregnant. Everyone says you loose weight with this pill but if It will effect me getting pregnant I would like to know about it. Please anyone knows something let me know before I start.

I strongly recommend Bethel diet pills. You can only get this product with the Natural Doctor Feliz Ramirez . He is located in Washington Heights 599 W 190 street. I have to say that I really trust Feliz. I know him almost 15 yrs. He always keep my weight in control. I have a thyroid condition and I gain weight very easy. When ever I want to loose 5 or 10 pounds I reach out to Feliz Ramirez. Over the yrs I had recommended a lot of friends and everyone is very happy with the results. The pills controls your apetite ,but it works better and faster when you follow his diet instructions. The diet is a little strict,but who cares as longer it works. I hate doing exercise and I prefer to take a pill. It is not the best way to loose weight,but his diet helps you how to eat small portion of meals.
I prefer taking the pills after breadfast,sometimes it upset my stomach. The senna pills is always excellent to take the first month of the diet. Taking senna regularly your system gets accostume to it. Senna is a laxative it works very well ,those white little pills really cleans your system very well. After a month is better to take some fiber supplement. I drink green tea, manasul,treatmats tea every night. I alternate.
If someone wnats to loose weight and keep it off,Feliz is the man to see. He is great. I don't know the ingredients in those pills,all I know is that they work.

I haven't started the diet yet but I went to Dr. Ramirez office in New York on Thursday the pills was $60 for a 30 day supply. I am trying it because a friend of mine lost 50 pound from June until October. She went form a size 12 to a size 4. His website is www.bethels30weightloss.com

I would like to know what type of foods are and are not allowed in this diet. My sister is a director of a major hotel in NY CITY and she is stating that most of her employees are on this diet and she can not believe the results. i started taking the pills on 11/16/08
they are good three days 6 pounds later. i believe the strict diet is what make u loose thewweight faster with the help of bethel which suppress your appetite....weeks 1 and 3 you are not allowed to eat meat week 2 and 4 you are but with out any stachy veg.. i hate the diet but its a one month sacrifice to look good
