Common Side Effects The following are side effects most commonly experienced: nausea, confusion, vomiting, constipation, drowsiness, pinpoint pupils, dizziness, gas, heartburn, itching, or dry mouth. None of the above common side effects require immediate attention. If you experience them for a few days, talk to your physician about more advice. Do not try to treat them on your own. Less Common Side Effects The following are side effects less commonly experienced: severe rash, chest pain/irregular heartbeat, fever, unusual weakness, muscle aches/pains, cold/clammy skin, difficulty breathing, chills, or wheezing.
