Med. round white pill w/M on one side and #3 on the other side? what is this and what are the side effects?

The drug Acetaminophen + Codeine is a pain killer.

Common Side Effects
The following are side effects most commonly experienced: nausea, confusion, vomiting, constipation, drowsiness, pinpoint pupils, dizziness, gas, heartburn, itching, or dry mouth. None of the above common side effects require immediate attention. If you experience them for a few days, talk to your physician about more advice. Do not try to treat them on your own.

Less Common Side Effects
The following are side effects less commonly experienced: severe rash, chest pain/irregular heartbeat, fever, unusual weakness, muscle aches/pains, cold/clammy skin, difficulty breathing, chills, or wheezing. Contact your doctor right away if you've experienced any of these Side Effects.
