1	Crystal Says: Report Abuse Monday, 6/29/2009 6:03:02 PM From our records I was able to locate that your pill 3759-I is Lisinopril 10 mg. A lot of times the manufacturers change their pill forms. Also the change of pills can mean a change in miligrams. Do you have any more questions or concerns? Please post back if you do.
