This is 650mg acetaminophen or tylenol, and 100mg propoxyphene napsylate or Darvocet N-100. It is a scheduled IV drug that is a controlled substance and can be addictive. Side effects include, dizziness, confusion, euphoria, diarrhea, among others.

This is a generic Darvocet, 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene, a mild, narcotic pain reliever.
