Recent Posts About how do you handle back pain while on suboxin at The People's Medicine Community. My husband has had many back surgeries and procedures - he has taken 200 dalotid in 7 days - he has od'ed on morphien - he went on suboxen for 6 weeks - all was going pretty good - then he started saying he was in pain - then the suboxen wasn't helping - he never was addicted (8 years on opiods) he has a high tolerance - now he stopped the suboxen - and came home with a bag of pills - how do you handle pain without the opiods?

There are several options, however, they all depend on his medical condition and what it causing his back pain.

He could try seeing a chiropractor, massage, relaxation techniques and etc. But as I said, it really depends on what is going to be safe for him to try.

Suboxone is an opiate and should have helped with the pain while he was on it.

What was he taking it for?
