Recent Posts About aggrenox at The People's Medicine Community. my father is on 10mg of coumadin, and he was recently prescribed aggrenox. He is also taking k/dur, demadex, xanax, lortab, ambien, lexapro, and teveten. I am worried that there is a danger in him taking aggrenox because of the fact that it contains aspirin.

June, I am not sure if you will get a response, since this post was made almost 4 years ago.

The dosage, however, varies from individual to individual, there is no standard dosing for Coumadin/Warfarin. It is decided by testing the clotting factor in the person's blood, then a dosage adjustment is made, if needed.
