i was given pills by my fiances teen cuzin. they're white. chalky. one side has line thru it. other side says 512. i think it is oxycodone. what r the effects if u r not in pain? and how many would u need to get a high?

Don't be so paranoid, general kids share pills at school..it's honestly not dangerous whatsoever.

I believe that Karen is right. A brown tablet with IP142 on it is in fact a 200 mg Ibuprofen ( generic for Advil or Motrin ).

Bobbi, the white oval tablet with 93 on one side and 58 on the other is Tramadol 50 mg

I believe it is ip142. I found that on this site with a description of a generic version of ibuprofen 200mg. Hope that is correct.
