      <title>Drugs for flesh eating disease</title>

      <description>Xygres- I think that is how it is spelled. My husband was given this drug while he was in a chemically induced coma. They stated that it thins your blood so that the infection has no chance to latch on to anything and then they chase it with anti-biotics. I am wondering about the success rate.My husband had a strep A infection which sent him into septic shock. Then the flesh eating (necrotizing faciatis , pardon my spelling) took hold of his lower right leg. Just this morning he noticed a stiffness of his left arm and redness which is warm to touch. He will not go to the doctor.
