Sintrom Dosage I am 74 years old. I am using Sin trom about 2 years, after implementation of the Pacemaker due to arithima absoluta. I have difficulties to maintain recomennded level of INR, between 2 and 3. During those 2 years I had tried with different dosage schedulle - changing dosage from 1 - 2 mg per day. For example: 2-2-2-1; 2-2-2-2-1; 2-1-2-1-2 etc. I have measured INR regularly at home with CoaguChek Roshe apparatus, or in professional labs, every week or more frequently depending on the oscilation of INR. Up to now I did not succseded to find proper dosage which can maintain INR in the range 2-3, nor can find reason for so unexpected oscilations in INR.
