It Prevents The Formation Of Active Procoagulation Factors Ii, Vii, Ix, And X, As Well As The Anticoagulant Proteins C And S, In The Liver By Inhibiting The Vitamin Kmediated Gamma-carboxylation Of Precursor Proteins.
