I Need Info On This Morphine Tablet i was just recently prescribed morphine sulf 15 mg sa end for a re-injury of a fractured disc in my neck. Morphine As Methadone Replacement Wife hospitalized w/QTc; prolonged interval between heart beats. Norm is 450-500. Hers;700. Was on 140 mgs methadone. Next day down to 80, next day and currently 40 mgs. Now heart at 465. Given 60 mgs. morphine er for every 20 mgs taken away. Will keep her at 40 mgs methadone and 300 mgs morphine. Medicine Recall I received a phone call today from my pharmacy. The Morphine Sulfer I take was recalled back in Aug. Now I am to take my medicine in tomorrow and they will give me fresh. Hydrocodone I have been on this drug for 1 1/2 for a fractured neck from motorcycle accident. I am now off after having terrible withdrawal symptoms. This drug is very very addictive and your system will become immune to it very quickly if taken long term. I am now on Ultram which is a form of narcotic but not addictive. Really helps alot.
