Cymbalta For Rsd/crps I am in the later stages of RSD and have tried ALOT of Rx that haven't helped. Has anyone else taken cymbalta for RSD & did it help? I am taking Cymbalta now and can't tell that it is helping at all. I take 30mg now and in 7 days start taking 60mg. Is there any Rx that you have/are taking either than Cymbalta that is helping w/RSD/CRPS pain? I have already tried trileptal, neurotin, gabitril and topomax which haven't helped the neuro pain. Cymbalta And Other Meds I'm taking paxil, lamictal, adderall, ms contin and my doc wants me to try cymbalta since I've been wanting off of paxil for a long time. I have lupus, fibromyalgia, adhd, and severe clinical depression. Does anyone know the meds that do not interact well with cymbalta and/or has anyone swapped from paxil to cymbalta? Cymbalta Good For Neuropathy Bad For Your Head I've just tried Cymbalta for 90 days. From the first it greatly helped my diabetic neuropathy in my feet. However after 2 months, I started gaining weight, and having irrational thoughts. I also had a bad taste in my mouth. I tapered off the drug for my own mental well being. Cymbalta Subsittute I have been on Cymbalta for three years at a dosage of 60 mg taken once a day in the morning. For the last two weeks I have had frequent panic attacks and feel Cymbalta is losing its effectiveness. I am wondering if upping the dose might be necessary or spreading out the dosage throughout the day would work better. Side Affects I am talking on behalf of my wife.Her Doctor put her on this drug.She was on it for two or three days.She has been nothing but sick. Dizzy,light headed,throw up,can't walk straight and things like that.I told her not to take anymore.The Doctor put her on 30mg .I see that there is three diffrant sizes.Watch what size your Doctor starts you out on.The side affects are scarey. Is Any One Taking This Med For Depression? I have been taking cymbalta, after zoloft didn't work any more I am also taking lyrica, a long with ambian my ambian was stopped then i was given rotinin they stopped that 1 month ago because it did not mmix with lyrica my problem is the hot flashs the sweats and still depressed with pain in my legs side and now gitters any answer for me please. Scrazyp Same thing happened to me--dizzy, out of body feeling when I missed two doses. I have fibromyalgia and it does help the pain--maybe half of what I had before taking it. Miss A Dose & Bad Side Effects! I've been on Cymbalta for 3+ years & currently taking 90 mgs a day. I am a diabetic w/ fibromyalgia, lymes & a recovering alcoholic. It has been working quite well for me HOWEVER... if I miss a dose or even take it later in the day than I should...LOOK OUT! I've had horrible side effect and symthoms such as: Dizzy-Swirly feeling in my head, Extreme fatigue, Depressed thoughts and emotions and that's just to name a few! Cymbalta/ativan Jan 1st, I had a severe drug reaction in Las Vegas, had to go to the ER. The ER doc gave me Ativan IV. Then he sent me home on Ativan 1 mg, I was wondering when the pain would stop, also taking Cymbalta, Celexa, Darvocet, Tramadol, I started taking a half of Ativan 1mg a day, Ativan 1 mg before bedtime with my Cymbalta and I have been sleeping like a baby. It has controlled all my back pain and nerve pain down both legs and in both knee's. I am feeling good enought to take on the world. Try the Ativan with Cymbalta. Weight Loss Or Gain? My Dr. would like me to switch from Paxil Cr, which I have been taking for 2 years now to Cymbalta because of the the weight gain side effect I'm having with Paxil.
