What dosage of the Opana?

The Oxymorphone in it is actually twice as strong as the Oxycodone, so if you were taking 40mgs of it, then the equivalent dose of Oxycodone would be 80mgs.

Both can be effective at controlling pain, it just requires a dosage adjustment.

You should also know that there are no more Oxycontin OCs. Purdue has changed the formulation and they are now Oxycontin OP.
