suboxone abuse
My son has been on suboxone for over 1 year now. He was a herion addict for over 12 years. Been clean off and on during that time. I have seen a personality change in him which is almost intolerable. It is like he is fine one minute and then goes off the wall the next. Has anyone who has been on suboxon or knows someone who has been seen a personality change.

Since my son started taking suboxone, he has developed hatred for me. We have always been very close, but now he is verbally abusive. It is only when he takes the drug. I should add, he sometimes drinks beer while on it. Has anyone else experienced this?

How to get off Suboxone
Im Marina Im 24 years old and a mother of 2 beautiul little boys. From the years 2006-2007 i was heavily addicted to Oxy 80 and eventually started doing herion. I got help in sep.2007 at a methadone clinic, it worked for as long as i was on the methadone i had NO relapse's. In June 2009 i was completly off of the methadone that first day that i was on 0Mgs I went through extreme withdrawls i went through things that i would never wish upon my worst enemy! i stayed that way for a day and a half and decided to go to a suboxone doctor. He put me on 32 mgs a day which i thought was pretty high of a dose but he explained to me that methadone withdrawls was worst then any other withdrawls. so i trusted him. Now when i go to see him every month i pretty much beg for him to start the weining process and start lowering me and he pretty much refuses. After months of being on 32mgs a day he finally started tapering me down slowly, i never really thought any thing of it till now but i realized he'

HOW TO USE SUBOXONE AT HOME
I have ten subs. I have been taking oxycontin for pain but want to try at home to w/d. I can't discuss this with my doctor as it will affect my insurance. This is a fact..in my case... Can someone on here tell me how to use my subs? I would appreciate any answers and no lectures. How many do I need to withdraw..Thanks so much

Taking Suboxone for 7 months & winning, but.......
I screwed up! I know this and that's why I wanted life back! After 4 years of the same story. Started with Lortab after back fusion, 2 every 4-6 hrs as needed and ended with 20 or so Oxycotin a day just because... My choice. My money. Time to straighten up and fly right! It's been 7 months now on Suboxone. Going great with lots of support, until today... At my appointment, I was told that I was positive for Hydrocodene and Oxycotin!!! I was told it showed that it had been going on for weeks. When I said that I had not taken anything, I was told I was lying & to continue treatment, it would be done weekly with weekly urinalysis?!? I am a grown man but sorry to say, I've cried most of the day. NO-ONE believes an addict! I'm doing everything right! I quit social drinking, all the opiates, I don't even take aspirin!!! HOW/WHY IS THIS HAPPENING??? If they didn't screw it up, why is it showing this??? My wife said it could be food or shots(steroid type) for Flu sickness last month. What

False Positive for Benzodiazepines
I have been testing positive for benzos and i cant figure out why. I have been taking suboxone & Ondansetron & promethazine. Thats it. If i fail another drug test, then my doctor is gonna kick me out. If anybody knows of any common substances, prescription or over the counter medications please inform me. Thanks

False Positive Benzodiazepines
I have been taking suboxone for almost a year and had to move to a new doc. They drug tested me and said I tested positive for benzos. The funny thing is I have not taken ANY benzos. I have to go take another test today at 5 and I am scared s**tless cuz they said if benzos are still in my system then they can not see me. Knowing that I haven't taken any benzos makes me wonder if I might still test positive for it again. I did take some cough syrup and some percs but that is it. What could cause this?

no insurance in mass
hi....i am a severe pill popper...generally 20-25 percocet a day...i usually buy suboxone from a friend for when my percs run out, but she no longer has them... suboxone makes me feel better actually than the percs...i need to go on suboxone every day and stop playing around with the percs...but i have no health insurance ...i live in mass and my husband was layed off 4 months ago...does anybody know of any options ? i would really appreciate it

Why are people staying on this drug for so long? I kicked a major heroin addiction with 5 days worth of pills I scored on the street. I felt anxious and weak a couple days after the pills but then was fine.
