Dosage Information For Children? I'm looking for dosage information for a 7 year old. My niece is puking (exuse the language), and I can't seem to find the correct dosage information for kids who are over 5 years, under 12 years. I have the phenergan(promethazine), 50mg. We cut it into 12.5 mg quarters, and we're trying to get her to keep one quarter down. This drug has done absolute wonders in the past, both in tablet and suppository formulations.
