Confused i was resently was prescribed this medication, my symptoms were severe abd. pain. i was sent for many test.. blood,urine,cultures etc..all test came back with negative results,was gave this med. and was told the cultures would take a couple days for results . and they would be calling me with them, 2 days later the results was in and i was told they were clear of any infections,but i was to keep taking this medication..its side effects are really ..like my first symptoms i was having .. so.. now im not sure if ..i feel better..and its just the meds making me have abdominal pain.. i dunno .. im really confused .. Metronidazole I currently am taking metronidazole and have a caity and need cant get to the dentist till next week. I have atken tylenol but it still hurts.
