Where To Get Meds I have fibromyalgia and take many meds, but the ones I seem to need the most are the pain meds, i.e. Lorcet. My doctor is like so many I read about here and afraid to give me too many but I do not know how to deal with the pain without them. Any suggestions on either how to cope with pain OR, his there a way I can get pain meds on my own, without a doctor's script? Thank you to all out there who suffer with chronic pain like me. An Alternative To Vicodin I Hope I believe that a dear friend of mine is possibly addicted to Vicodin. Probably it is really hard for her to just come off it, but maybe by switching to another med or weening off is the thing to do. I notice that Lorcet also has Hydrocodone in it, but maybe it is not as addicting as Vicodin? Do you think that maybe by starting on this drug instead she can start to come down off the habit?
