Citalopram And Side Affects? i just stared takinh these 3 days ago, i have noticed they make me tired, shaky, dry mouth,clumsy. somewhat disorented, forgetful, i was told there for anxiety, i was on effexor, and prozac but she pelaced those wth the citalopram hbr 20 mg. are these symptoms normal and will they go away in time???? thank you. Drug Interaction I just started taking the lowest dose of Amitriptyline 1x daily to try to help me sleep. My concern is I've been taking Citalopram 20mg for over 5 years now 1x daily. Changing Meds i lost my mom om august 18th,buried her may 8th,went back to work on may 20th,went to the hosp for anxiety and depression on aug 8th,given lexapro,took it for a month and given citalopram hbr 40mg has anyone changed drugs like this?
