what is the medication used for

Allergic Reaction
I took a 10 day dose of Ceftin and then broke out in hives and took 6 days of steroids and benadryl and Pepcid for that. Benedryl was making me unable to function so stopped taking it and began taking homeopathic drops for hives. It has been 23 days since the first dose of Ceftin. How long will this take to get out of my system?
