Amphetamine (USAN, abbreviated from alpha-methylphenethylamine) or amfetamine (INN) is a psychostimulant drug of the phenethylamine class that produces increased wakefulness and focus in association with decreased fatigue and appetite. Brand names of medications that contain, or metabolize into, amphetamine include Adderall, Dexedrine, Dextrostat, Desoxyn,[2] ProCentra, and Vyvanse, as well as Benzedrine in the past. I am on Cymbalta, Lamictal and Adderral, I never experienced depression on this drug before. I took it a few years ago and stopped. Recently restarted it. Confuse as to what is causing the depression.

I have somehow tested positive for amphetimine but the only drug that I touch Is marijuana. How is this possible? It was a urine test done in a hospital.

what has changed about amphetamines?
have amphetamines changed over the years?i had a prescription for dexidrine.i was focused,energetic and got a good buzz.i recently was put on adderalxr 20mg, amphetamine salts 10 mg 4x a day[barr] not at the same time,however,the results were disappointing.mildly focused and no real high even when i took more of the 10mgs-whats up?and can anyone suggest something that feels like the old dexedrine did?being treated for adhd. would appreciate your suggestions.thank-you

Amphetamine er works great for my two sons with ADHD
We just lost our health insurance and can no longer afford the meds. Do you know who makes it? I am not sure what to do. This has been a life saver for a 13 and 8year old. $170 for 3 months, I am out of work!!!
