Sorry, there is no way to tell just from that description. They could be anything, in order to tell you if they are valium for sure, and what strength they are, I would need the full imprint from the pill, any letters, numbers and/or logos on it.

There are no proprietary guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry for colors, a manufacturer can make them any color they wish, the only regulations say they must have unique markings for identifacation purposes.

So even if it is Valium, one company could make an orange one of one dosage, and another company can make an orange one of a completely different dosage. They could even make every strength they manufacture as an orange pill if they wish, as long as the imprints are different to designate the dosage.

Once a pill is available for generic manufacture, which Valium has been for quite a long time now, there is no way to tell anything just by the color of the tablet, sorry.
