Tramadol is a synthetic opioid and most of time companies test for marijuana, amphetamines and pain relievers, like Oxycontin and Vicodin. So yes there is a possiblility that it could show up in a urine test. Most opiates stay in the system for 3 to 5 days, depending on the mg's of the drug and how many times a day you take it.
