i need to know if this is or is not dialudid.

Located a match, but the pill reads 54 452 not 54 425 click here to see a picture of the pill. If this is your pill it's Lithium 300 mg, which is used medically as a mood stabilizing drug, primarily in the treatment of bipolar disorder, where they have a role in the treatment of depression and particularly of mania, both acutely and in the long term.

Yes, that is a Dilaudid (Hydromorphone Hydrochloride) 8mg tablet. Roxane Labratories.
