composition;Betamethasonedipropionate,salicylicacid and zincoxide.it's an emmolient ointment base containing propylene glycol.i want to know thw effects and side effects of this ointment.

Propysalic E is not availble in the drug stores in Chennai. In the place of Propysalic E can I use prpysalic NF. What is the difference.

Hi, I used Propysalic Nf cream for a month on my hands coz i had dark knucles my doc suggested me to apply bt when i stop applying it my hands are becoming more darker.What could be the the reason.Should i stop using it?Please help me in this matter.

I USED PROPYSALIC 6 (betamethasone 0.05% and salicylic acid 6% for Allopecia. I got perfect result. Now it is not available in market. Please suggest alternate.
