Ask your doctor to go to a pain management clinic. I know when I asked my doctor for help he wasn't able to give me things like pain management could. Make sure you keep notes as to how you're feeling daily and where your pain is and what type of pain you're feeling. I too suffer from fibromyalgia since 1994. Pain management doctor has put me on Savella along with some of the other meds you're on. It has done great for me. I wish you well.

i have been through the same as you and gabapantin and robaxin were of no help, but my research brought me to a news letter published by a doctoral candidate in microbiology and nutrition and he suggested trying sam-e and m s m supplements and it works my pain is gone and my depression is no longer altering my life. Those are found in health food store and are not known to have any dangerous side effect if guidelines are followed.

The biggest tip I can give anyone to avoid seeming like you're drug seeking, is to not ask for any specific medication, when you talk to your doctor. Let them know that you are still in pain, but allow them to suggest a solution.

The FDA warns that opiate narcotics carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Does anyone else have any advice to offer?
