Methadone Clinic And Ua Test

Ok so this is exactly what just happened to me. Tuesday i went to my clinic to get my weekly take homes. I come in every tuesday.
Well two weeks ago I got drug tested an popped positive for methamphetamine. Now my problem is as she's going over my u/a's all of them recently all the way back to May, I have failed two more for opiates, marijuana and benzos, and one for coke and methamphetamine. My question is why was I not notified about any of these cause I can explain the marijuana and benzos and opiates however I'm pretty sure my stupid ass stepdad tried to sabotage me with the coke an methamphetamine. I know that sounds like a line and a crazy one at that. But if u knew him ud totally get it. He knows I take methadone. My question is if i have proof like text messages of him admitting it, gloating about it, what will happen? I mean the marijuana I had a couple times, and benzos, I took a xanax cause I needed sleep when I've been up for 38 hrs straight in pain cause I got 4 teeth cut out - not pulled out. So yeah and opiates was oxycodone for pain. I just don't want my take homes taken away. f*** I'm stressing about it beyond belief. Someone please help
