Libertrim Sii contains the active ingredients Simeticona 75mg + Trimebutina 200mg.

This is commonly used to:
Increase bowel motility and relieve symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea and abdominal pain.

It is not available in the US, so I can't find much other information on it. My research shows it is possibly manufactured in Mexico.

My 81 year old mom takes Libertrim for Colitis. I tis manufactures in Mexico by Laboratorios A.F.- Carnot.
She began to feel better with this medication after trying Nexium, melox and other gastrointestinal meds.
I have to admit...we all respond differently to all the medication.
