Hi Tiffany,

I realize you posted this on the 18th, but for future reference, Percocet generally takes 3-4 days to clear out of your system for a urine test.

Blood test: 24 hours
Saliva test: 1-4 days
Hair test: up to 90 days

Just out of curiosity, did the test come up positive (being that you only took 1 pill and aren't a chronic user)?

More information about Percocet can be viewed in the link below:

I hope this helps!

I take hydrocodone 10 mg, 6 per day as prescribed. Monday I took 1 per over for headache that nothing else was helping. Have oral drug test today with pain management dr. Will percocet show up on test 2 days later? So afraid, I have very real health reasons for meds and never taken anything else before. What are chances it will show up on oral test? H

On a urine test I've shot up a roxy 30 , actually it was 2 of them exactly 30 hrs before I took a 5 panel drug screen, I passed for opiates. The 5 panels cannot detect small doses of opiates.. It's only going to Fail u if you've done something more than I did such as heroine. I've also skipped a day and passed the next. It could've been that my tolerance was out the roof and because I injected it that it Leaves ur system faster than snorting it. But to answer lots of ur questions, it's safe to do a roxy or anything that is an opiate that is weaker such as perks, tabs the day before a urine test if it's a 5 panel ur safe. Get off the opiates tho an live a better sober life or that s*** will control it!

does shooting it up make it leave ur system faster? that seems weird to me. I shoot perks and heroine a few times and found that the onset for withdrawal was much longer when i did the heroine ( even when the heroine was s*** and i know i would have gotton higher of a perk). and roxycet is the original percocet. Roxycet is just the company that made the first percocet. There both hydrocodone, which is what u get high off of.

just to let you know.. u sound hella stupid. Hyrdocodone is VICODIN. Oxycodone is in PERCOCET. Oxycodone is the less expensive subsituted drug for Roxicodone. Basically the same thing. Maybe u should stop shooting up 'perCs' and def. 'heroin' and its probably really sucky to shoot up some hydrocodone.. lol.
