how long does opana 25 mg taken 2x daily for 6 days at 200lbs stay in your system for a urine drug screen

For the brief period of time, it will be detectable for a urine screen for about 3 to 4 days, though it may vary a little from person to person.

However, if you have a prescription, all you have to do it let them know that when you go in for the test.
