It could stay in your system for 6 - 12 days.

i would say 4-6 days for a person with normal active conditions that eat 3 meals a day and drink lots of fluids

How long do methadone metabolites show up in the urine? I need to pass a drug screen at my MMT clinic and I have not had methadone for 2 days. They said my urine has to test pos for METABOLITES not just methadone. How long after a dose will it still show pos for METABOLITES of methadone?
