Birth Control Sprintec 28

I have a question. I forgot to take my Sprintec 28 last Sunday and Monday and I was still on my period. I finally took them Tuesday and Wednesday and I ended my period on Wednesday and I had sexual intercourse that same night and the guy came in me.. Is there a very good chance I might be/get pregnant??
