allergy to allopurinol and have taken sulfinpyrazole for 8 years with relief but am unablr to get it now

That's a shame. I'm in the UK and get it prescribed, using 100 to 200mg daily with good effect, being like you, unable to tolerate Allopurinol.

Any idea why SPyrazone was ceased in US?
