I agreed to a blood test from sherriff in hope it would prove that I was clean from heroin but I was taking phsudafed will this test show up poss for meth and at what levels. I am concerned because I had been taking it for over a month

Pseudoephedrine is commonly known to cause false positives for amphetamines (speed), but the detection levels can vary -pretty much if it's in your system, then it's in your system. The vast majority of blood tests can only detect drugs up to 10 days, however, most drugs are out of the blood stream in much less time than that.

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables while staying hydrated throughout the day will significantly help your body detox quicker (blood, kidneys, liver, etc). Besides getting plenty of rest each night I'd also recommend getting at least an hour each day of exercise in to help sweat out any toxins and get your lymphatic system flowing (which will significantly aid in detoxification as well).

I do know that Watermelons and Lemons will cleanse your blood stream the quickest of all fruits, due to their extremely high alkalinity. I'd recommend a full day of this if you are still concerned about the time frame you have before your blood test. Additionally, a couple shots of wheat grass juice and coconut water is like having a complete blood transfusion Lol.

After court today (Custody Battle) My ex husband and I were both asked to take a drug test at the sheriff's office. I was thrilled. My husband has had a drug problem for years. Well now I regret asking for this because he tested clean and mine came back for both meth and amphetamines. I knew the amphetamines would happen because I have taken Adderall XR for daily for years (15mg) HOW CAN I TEST POSITIVE FOR METH? I absolutely despise crack heads and have made such a huge deal about it that now I look like a complete fool. The test cost $8 I have no idea what kind of test it was. It was a urine sample. How can I prove that I do not take street drugs??? The only thing I think of is I was sick this weekend. Slept the entire weekend and took some Phenylephrine and some trazadone to sleep it off. I believe the phyenylephrine is sudafed although I don't know its very old and I found it in my medicine cabinet. The whole reason I took it and slept all weekend was because my head felt like it was going to explode from how stuffed up I was. I can't believe this is happening to me and I could lose my son. Is there some other test I can take or something? I explained that I take adderall daily. They just said ok and showed me the door. I have no idea if this was proof enough for them to accept it.

I am thinking I should go to a lab and have it done by someone who can explain it better but will the same thing happen? I stopped taking the cold meds and the sleep aid (Which I also have a script for) on Friday. Today is Monday. Should I stop taking the adderall I have to go back to court next monday. I can just see my ex druggie of a husband laughing his butt off at me now. UGH!!
